SBT is a large organization with a lot of experience in the field. Out of the three main divisions within the company, they seem to care the least about the security division. This was quite obvious when they restructured the organization, and very few security managers retained their titles or were reassigned to insignificant roles within the organization. This is very surprising considering the huge amount of growth in the security industry since 9/11 and the large amount of work being sent out to bid in the tri-state area.

Very little interest by Senior Management to grow one part of the business while letting other parts of the business thrive.

Look at some of the other business models of the key competitors within the industry and take some notes.
