Pros

Join only if you wish to stagnate in your current role and become a yes man to the managers and directors.

Gave 1 star only because there's no option to submit with 0.

Cons

Basically, everything is done at the whims and fancies of the manager.

The challenging part of work is not done in India; there's limited opportunity to make a difference to work.

It also follows a punching system to monitor your work hours.

The managers feel that they should be worshipped by their team, even if they make unreasonable demands and are unable to stand up to the client when their team is right.

If you do join, join at your own risk. If you wish to stay, never disagree with your seniors; it would be taken against you, and you may become their primary target.

They are incapable of keeping their personal feelings about a colleague away from their professional behavior.

Advice to Management

In a nutshell, what you sow, shall you reap.

Even a person junior to you needs to be treated with respect and dignity. They are as much an employee of the org as you are, so stop treating them like dirt.
