Worst team members ever. People here act like they are the boss and no-one knows better than them, which leads to a toxic environment.
You have to work independently on a team even when you are a newbie. If you ask for help, then it won't look good on your performance.
Worst work-life balance. Your manager's estimates and your estimates will differ a lot, which would cause long working hours.
Single HR contact person for a location who is again unreachable.
No advice because no one is going to do anything, so why care.
