The hiring process was broken into two stages: * A phone screening with an HR person. * An interview with an engineering director and a software engineer. The interview was conducted using MS Teams.

It’s an all-in-one type of interview; very technical, very intensive. The interviewers were very cold and poker-faced. I got to know the people after the interview, and they are actually quite friendly :)
