Process
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial call. The call was to learn about my background and provide details about the opportunity with Slack.
Thereafter, I had a technical conversation with the hiring manager, which went well. I was then requested to complete a take-home assessment.
The next day, the recruiter sent a note stating they had decided to proceed with another candidate.
I requested feedback on the change of decision but was ghosted by the recruiter.
