I applied with a referral and received a coding challenge about two weeks later. After completing the coding challenge, approximately a month passed before a recruiter contacted me. This occurred on a weekend, close to sunset, without any prior scheduling, to arrange a phone interview for later that week. I was skeptical because there were no email confirmations.

The phone interview did take place, and shortly thereafter, they requested my availability for the following two weeks, which I submitted immediately. I never received a confirmation for an interview.
