Process
The interview process was very transparent from the get-go. I had an initial phone screen with Recruiting to assess cultural fit and a few phone screens with the broader leadership team, focused around my experiences, skillset, and fit with the practice. The last round was in-person, where I was given a case and a week to prepare a presentation on my approach. Recruiting was very prompt and responsive with follow-ups a day or two after each interview. A great interviewing experience, which was a wonderful reflection of the culture at Slalom.
