The interview process was very relaxing while still being professional in nature. I met with four different Slalom employees, all from my practice.

The interviews started with the talent acquisition manager, who was extremely personal and really focused on who I was as a person and where I was going with my career.

Next, I met with the practice area lead and was asked questions about my technical abilities and experience with marketing automation platforms.

The third and fourth interviews were with the practice area director and managing director, where they focused the questions on my career path and the direction I would take the new practice.

After all the interviews, the talent acquisition manager really made an effort to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process, which made the interview process extremely pain-free.
