Good company, but there are better salaries and employers out there
Lots of own responsibility. Management in Sweden is on a friendship level.
It's hard to correct a bad salary and hard to advance if not having lots of luck.
Promote the people that are working full-hearted.
All of the managers and senior managers are not acting correctly towards their employees.
