The interview process typically begins with a call from HR, followed by a phone screening with other automation engineers, and then a phone screen with the lead engineer. At that point, you are given a presentation prompt and flown out for the next stage.

The team is fantastic. While the questions might not make sense in the moment, give it a day, and you'll likely figure them out. That's often the case with genius; you don't fully realize it until after the fact.

I'm thankful to everyone I interviewed with. I learned more from this rejection than I have in my last few years in the field.
