Stocks are good.
Vacation starts with 3 weeks a year.
On-site food is not bad.
Sabbatical at 5 years.

Pros: Decent pay and they will hire anyone.
Cons: Your promotion and incentives are only based on how well you can get your co-workers to write a review about you, and have nothing to do with merit, attendance, or work ethic.
