Process
Pretty intense. I had at least three technical phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview where everything was technical.
A 30-minute presentation preceded approximately seven to eight individual interviews with different engineers. During these interviews, I was taken onto the manufacturing floor and asked questions about multiple objects.

An entire set of beam-related questions.
Multi-material and force reaction questions.
Questions on carbon fiber, aluminum, large-scale, foam, and on-the-go fix manufacturing.
