I applied online and was contacted within a week by HR for initial screening.
I had a 30-minute phone interview with an eventual peer. After about two weeks, I was called onsite to the facility.
The onsite interview started with a presentation on a project I had worked on, followed by one-on-one interviews. One of the first things I noticed was that all the engineers and managers I met were very dedicated and smart. They had backgrounds from various industries, such as automotive and telecommunications.
From the interview perspective, it was very direct and to the point. It is important to know your resume thoroughly and explain your work and projects in detail. The questions revolved around people management, working in cross-functional teams, process control, and other aspects of quality control.
My recommendation is to know yourself and your work, be confident in your answers, and admit when you do not know the answer to a question.
