I spoke with the recruiter for the site, then the manager, and finally the director.
Each of them asked questions based on personality, technical knowledge, and information from my resume. They wanted to know if I was familiar with the details listed.
All of these interactions were conducted via phone interviews. As they were all very busy, the interviews were not particularly long.

If I had seen any engineering drawings and knew how to read them. Also, if I knew anything about quality engineering.
