Process
The interview process begins with a 30-minute phone screening with an HR specialist. This typically involves questions about your background and availability.
Following the initial screening, there are two 30-minute phone interviews.
These interviews are with a senior engineer and a manager and will include technical questions, usually focusing on basic strength of materials and structural analysis.
