Process

First, from campus recruiting, they emailed me and gave me a dummy dataset to visualize using Ruby, JavaScript, and HTML.

After that, they invited me to an on-site interview, with no prior phone screen.

The on-site consisted of three back-to-back interviews, each 45 minutes long:

  • Two interviews focused on general coding questions and fit.
  • One interview was a front-end technical and design assessment.

None of the questions were too difficult or out of the ordinary; they included the usual tree traversal, string manipulation, and data structure questions.
