I first spoke to a recruiter, who started the technical interview process.
I had a one-hour tech phone screen with a member of the team. Two days later, I received a Codility test with three questions, which lasted for 2.5 hours. It had an online grader, and I scored 100/100.
I received a rejection a couple of days later. I assumed I didn't make it through the tech screen. When I spoke to the recruiter, she said she was unaware of the tech test. She said she would look into it and then scheduled a behavioral interview with the manager. (I'm assuming this was done to pacify me, as it made Splunk and the recruitment process look bad because I was rejected after scoring 100 on the coding test).
I received another rejection a few days later. I don't know what to make of this, but it was a terrible experience.
Typical LeetCode medium and one hard question.
