I applied for Splunk in December and received a revert in late February stating that my profile was shortlisted for an interview.
I had one interview on March 3rd with the Karat team, who handles interviews on behalf of Splunk. It was approximately a 90-minute interview, covering both design and coding.
The interview actually went well. I was able to answer the design questions, and I solved one coding problem. By the time we started on the second, we ran out of time. However, the Karat team shared feedback the very same day, and they were quite pleased with my performance.
I did not hear back from Splunk HR regarding feedback. I emailed twice with no response. They ghosted me for two months, and at the end of April, they stated they could not move forward with my profile.
Their profile screening, interview, and selection criteria are extremely poor, and they never respond back.
Couple of design questions and 2 coding questions
