I sent in my resume and was scheduled for a phone screen.
The first time, the interviewer didn't call. Then, I received an email telling me to reschedule the interview.
The second time, he hung up right away after learning that I require Visa sponsorship.
The interview process was very chaotic, and a lot of time was wasted.

Cons: There is absolutely zero opportunity for career growth at Splunk.
Managers are immature and ill-equipped to have career conversations.
When you talk to HRBPs, they also have zero tools to show you how to get to the next level in your career.
The company prefers to buy talent instead of grow it.
Come to Splunk if you want a career dead end!

Pros: Good and challenging projects and a lot of work to do.
Work-life balance.
Cons: Compensation is not as good as other big companies. They are currently re-forming the teams, which makes the working pace a little bit slow.
