I was contacted by an agent and offered either a Skype or in-person interview. The in-person interview was scheduled for two days later. The interview was very relaxed, and I was asked several questions to see how I would go about resolving an issue

A waste of time. Interviewers seem to enjoy interviewing candidates from bigger companies, perhaps just for the sake of dismissing them. Don't waste your time if you already work for a larger organization.
