Android Engineer Interview Experience - Stockholm, Sweden
Process
I applied through the website and then received an email to book a timeslot for the first interview. I booked a time and received a meeting request, which I accepted.
At the scheduled interview time, I joined the Hangouts meeting and waited for 30 minutes, but no one showed up. I sent an email 10 minutes after the interview time with no response. Two days later, I sent a message on Jobvite (the website used for applications), also with no reply.
If you need to cancel an interview for any reason, at least let the candidate know.
If the recruiter is on vacation, another recruiter should conduct the interview or reschedule it. Alternatively, an apology should be offered until the recruiter returns to work.
This was totally unorganized and a complete waste of time.

In order to move forward, you need to increase your visibility, which means that everyone gets a lot of company-wide emails from people trying to do exactly that about topics that are not important. - The salary is not great compared to other companies in Stockholm, but including the other perks (like stock options) it's still a pretty neat package.
