Pros: Good company culture that puts their money where their mouth is.

Cons: Going public definitely made it feel a lot more corporate.

Pros: Cool company that values engineering and embraces remote work. Great mission behind it. Everyone seems pretty happy. My coworkers are awesome. It is not hard to get a hold of anyone when you need to. Growth opportunities seem to be readily available. We seem to have a positive future in front of us.

Cons: Leadership in certain areas has felt like a revolving door, but engineering talent remains strong. The decision to go private has impacted the salary expectations that I joined with.

Pros: Company culture: - Friendly environment - Very competent teams - Very well defined workflows

Cons: Some teams still show parts of a startup behaviour regarding workflows.
