Great culture, pay
Squarespace has a great culture for creativity and productivity. Amazing peers, supportive PTO that is actually unlimited, competitive 401k and pay, and free healthcare which is super comprehensive. Culture is healthy. Great parental leave. No micromanagement. Not a lot of hierarchy or bureaucracy. A stable business with very responsible staffing throughout the pandemic and in general. I think about my time at Squarespace a lot. I highly recommend being here.
Not really a con, but if you're not good at self-managing your workload, then this is not the place for you.
Squarespace's culture is what makes it such a special place. Please continue to protect it.
