Process
Long and slow interview process, with multiple steps:
- Chat with HR in Dublin office
- 45-minute screen-sharing session with one of the European software engineers - went quite well
- 30-minute video link interview with Hiring Manager
- On-site interview marathon with a number of different people, 1 hour each
My interview process stopped at step 3. The hiring manager changed the time twice and appeared on the video link interview unprepared. He did not read my CV and was not interested in the process.

Free meals & drinks
Cons: Toxic culture. Managers don't know how to manage but enjoy criticizing, threatening, and torturing their direct reports.
Not friendly to software engineers. Communication skills and English language proficiency are more important than anything else.
