I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks.

• Applied through a referral.
• Received an email and scheduled a phone call with HR.
• HR then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager/team member (technical), lasting about 1 hour.
• A few days after completing the interview, I received a rejection email.

I followed up with the HR contact for feedback but did not receive a response.

The HR round was standard questions about experience and went through my CV.

For Technical Round:

• String manipulation question with a real-world payment-related problem (non-LeetCode style).
• There was no requirement to cover edge cases for the final solution.
• Advice is to practice some easy string and array questions on LeetCode; it should be sufficient.
