There's typically a technical phone screen followed by a full-day virtual on-site. The on-site consists of a series of interviews that test debugging, problem-solving approach, system design, and simple coding problems with real-world applications.
I enjoyed this interview process more than at some other places I interviewed because the problems had fewer "gotchas" (i.e., LeetCode Hard questions) and focused more on the problem-solving aspect of simple scenarios.
I also liked that there were levels to some questions. If you solved the first scenario, the interviewer presented other information that built upon the work you had already done.
