The cultural pillar of "overtrusting" certain individuals with giant responsibilities is a great career and experience builder.

Cons

Burnout culture and downward compensation quota trajectories meant my earnings had placed me out of eligibility for transferring to a similar job in a different org.

Advice to Management

Reinstate exit interviews. I was abused by a toxic management chain, and I left. No one cared. There was no exit interview, nor did the purported exit survey ever make it to my email. You are harboring toxic sectors in the company by not learning of these situations.
