Pros

Newish management has purged the "that's just the way it is" mentality that some companies that retain longterm employees have.

Good equipment, frequent happy hours, and cake parties make you feel somewhat valued.

WFH is okay once or twice a week.

It's fun working for a successful company.

Most people are positive and happy, and there is good teamwork.

Cons

It doesn't seem like it at first, but this place is super political. If you find yourself on the wrong side, forget advancement, forget decent bonuses, forget being able to contribute, and hard work doesn't matter. Problems that are caused by staffing problems endemic to the industry are blamed on current employees.

Advice to Management

Listen to someone else for a change. Try to get away from your yes-men and look for other opinions.
