I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks.
It was a very good and transparent interview process. I met many of my stakeholders and future teammates during the process, which meant I got a good sense of what to expect in the role. The process was four rounds and could maybe have been one round shorter, but it was ok. The technical interview was live, and a good representation of what is required for the role. Overall it was a good process.

Cons: - Needs some more standardization around engineering principles that are driven from the bottom up
