Had the weirdest interview experience with this company. They rejected my application, saying they'd rather go with candidates that already live in the EU. I... do live in the EU, as an EU citizen. I'd theorize that they didn't read my CV past my name, but who knows.

Pros: - Things are very well set up for a startup of this size.
- Clear and well-thought-out onboarding tasks.
- Extremely helpful people at every turn who make onboarding so much easier.
- AI tools that are a good perk and also reduced onboarding effort.
Cons: - Needs some more standardization around engineering principles that are driven from the bottom up
- More architecture-level discussions need to happen

Pros: High growth in a bleeding-edge market with a strong niche. Solid HR assistance and benefits. An interesting and rapidly evolving product, and solid benefits.
Cons: Super busy. If you're not ready to focus hard at least 40 hours per week, then it'll be challenging to keep up with all the changes that are happening. Health insurance premiums are about 2x my previous employer for the same level of coverage.

Cons: Nothing really; expectations are high, as they should be, and with that comes pressure to perform, again, as it should be. Pressure can be the same as motivation when the stakes are high.
