Great young company
Work is done really async, with very, very few meetings. The company encourages you to take ownership of small projects and bring them to completion, without too much micro-management. Good comp and benefits.
There are no clear growth opportunities (career steps), but hopefully this will be sorted out soon. Some technology aspects need to be improved, but at this stage that is expected.
Work on internal career growth for employees, address gaps with our current competitors.
