Pros: Pay for performance and focus on your development as a leader. Everything you learn as an ETL will get you ready to be a manager anywhere else. If Target sees you with potential, they can fast-track your career as long as you're willing to put in the work.
Cons: 50-60 work weeks, as well as nights, weekends, and holidays. Also very demanding; the bar is always raising. Usually all results-based, and at times it doesn't matter if you come into a bad situation; you will be held accountable to improve it quickly.
