A young girl in the lower tiers of management conducted an interview. I had initially been told via phone that it would be for an ETL position.
Once in the interview, she informed me there was no open ETL position. She stated I was being interviewed for a general hourly employee position while they "bench" potential candidates for an ETL opening.
