The interview process was as follows:
- A one-on-one phone interview, conducted on the fly and not scheduled.
- One-on-one round robin interviews at the district offices with multiple store leaders and district-level personnel.
- A panel interview with the district team leader and HR business partner.
Overall, the interview process was fairly intense. This intensity is a commitment they make to you as an ETL as you advance within the company. There is very regular interview preparation and practice, even if you are not currently in an interview process. They keep you well-prepared in the event an opportunity arises, so that you can represent the market in the best way possible.
