Phone interview:
- Basic behavior questions: Why Target? Tell me about yourself.
- Five additional questions.
If you pass, then you go to a one-on-one with the store manager:
- Five behavior questions.
If you pass, then you take a skills personality test and answer questions about your leadership.
If you pass, then a background check is initiated.
