Pros: Very good salaries, especially for college grads. Great development opportunities for promotion and lateral moves. The culture attracts great people; they end up becoming your best friends.
Cons: Work-life balance. Constant change with limited resources. If one manager doesn't care for you, it's hard to break away from it.

Pros: The company does try to promote a work-life balance. If you fit their Barbie doll mold, you can promote and do quite nicely.
Cons: Long hours, no real lunch or breaks.
They pay hourly team members minimum wage, so it is hard to get good team member talent.
Trying to manage performance is a chore and way harder than it should be.
Annual bonuses are a joke.
Managers spend most of their time performing team member tasks because there is not enough payroll.
