Pros

The company does try to promote a work-life balance. If you fit their Barbie doll mold, you can promote and do quite nicely.

Cons

Long hours, no real lunch or breaks.

They pay hourly team members minimum wage, so it is hard to get good team member talent.

Trying to manage performance is a chore and way harder than it should be.

Annual bonuses are a joke.

Managers spend most of their time performing team member tasks because there is not enough payroll.
