One of the hardest interviews I've ever been on.

The first wasn't bad; it was at my college.

But the second was two hours long and contained ten behavioral questions.

The SL was nice, but the DL was a bit rude.

Oh well!

Questions like:

"Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision with very little information."

"Tell me about a time when you had to persuade people in your group to see things your way."

Tell me about a time when you were faced with an ethical problem and what you did about it.

Tell me about a leader in your life and why he/she is an inspiration to you.
