Pros: Established brand/business.
Great place to learn management on a store and corporate level.
Cons: Long hours.
Corporate politics.
"Development" roles are merely management strategies to retain talent longer. Once your two development roles are complete and you are in good standing with your STL and district business partners (approximately 3 years total), you wait in a long line of other team members who have been waiting for 3+ years before you for either the STL route or Corporate path.

Pros: Target is a diverse, innovative, and dynamic company. Its fluidity to adapt to change makes it a fun place to shop.
