Process
Great at first. Then I got my second interview. It has always been my dream to work at Target and get into management for retail. I did all my time in the army to make my resume look good for Target, and I am working on my bachelor's degree. I just don't think they are really trying to hire veterans that much. I know I didn't do great on the behavioral interview, but I think they should send you a study guide at least. Anyway, if management could reach out to me, that would be great.
