Pros: Compensation and benefits were competitive.
The culture was good, with respect and dignity for everyone.
Cons: Advancement is limited once you reach a certain age. Focus was on potential ahead of results.

Pros: The company does try to promote a work-life balance. If you fit their Barbie doll mold, you can promote and do quite nicely.
Cons: Long hours, no real lunch or breaks.
They pay hourly team members minimum wage, so it is hard to get good team member talent.
Trying to manage performance is a chore and way harder than it should be.
Annual bonuses are a joke.
Managers spend most of their time performing team member tasks because there is not enough payroll.
