Very Rigid Interview Process

1. HR Phone Screening - 1/2 hour
2. Tech Phone Screening - 1/2 hour
3. Case Study - Spent more than 24 hours unpaid.
4. On-site Interview:
   • There will be 5 interviews: 2 technical and 2 managerial, each one hour.
   • 1 hour lunch with a team member.
   • One technical interview was a review of the case study. In this interview, there were two interviewers. One was least interested, as if he had already decided not to move forward. This was a very disturbing interview. He wasn't asking any questions and was sitting in the corner of the conference room working on his laptop. He didn't even care to greet me. I am glad I am not working with him. Basically, this guy screwed my interview.

Interview Feedback: I have less experience for the senior software role. They had my resume the whole time and could have rejected me much earlier in the process. I wasted 4 weeks with preparations and all.
