Software Engineer • Former Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
December 7, 2020
Pros: The tech stack is pretty good and is at the same level as the standard one in the market.
Free food, but it does not matter now due to COVID-related WFH.
Cons: Horrible pay; small-scale startups pay better than them. Forget comparing it to Amazon or Walmart.
There's widespread nepotism across all the teams. If you want to survive here, you will have to lick the boots of the management.
Due to the prevailing nepotistic culture, incompetent people are being hired as management.
HR is useless and just for namesake; they will toe the line of the management.
