When I had my medical issues and needed accommodations, they were very understanding.
All my concerns brought to senior management were treated with gaslighting, trying to convince me I was the problem, and threats to keep quiet.
Genuine concerns and reports of any kind were swept under the rug. Managers and employees who made inappropriate advances were not disciplined.
Hours were not managed. Behavior was punished with hour cuts. (By behavior, I mean having a voice and opinion.)
When approached with a discrimination concern, I was told I was dramatic.
