Great atmosphere and learning opportunities
Target is really awesome in providing resources for you to learn new things if you want, and they are very responsive. HR is great and super quick at giving feedback when needed.
The overall atmosphere at Target is really fun, and I got to dabble in a lot of different fields during my 2-month internship. My mentor and manager were awesome, and I enjoyed coming in every day because my team was very helpful and collaborative.
The interest survey they give you before you come doesn't really play a role in determining which team you end up in.
Use the interest survey to accurately place interns relevant to their desired interests.
