The interview process involved:
- A 30-minute phone call with their in-house recruiter.
- A 60-minute phone call with the hiring manager.
- A 60-minute phone call with the team you would be joining.
After going through their process and receiving positive feedback all along the way, I was completely ghosted. I guess they have so many developers looking to join their company that they can afford to treat people this way. If you are on a tight deadline, avoid them – they will waste your time.
