I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks.
First I spoke to a technical recruiter to gauge fit, discussed projects with him and knowledge of RTL. We both agreed that I could be a strong fit for the role and was sent to take the first round interview with 2 engineers. One of which really did not want to be there, was very aggressive and rude, especially towards qualifications listed on the resume. Despite passing all technical questions, the resume discussion did not go pleasantly and I did not hear back from them.
