Process
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. After an initial chat, I was sent an online test. The test was well-written and fun to solve.
Following that, the recruiter scheduled two technical interviews over 2-3 days. The interviews consisted of standard coding challenges, with nothing specifically firmware-related.
The recruiter had the courtesy to inform me that I was rejected, including feedback on my strengths and areas where I was expected to perform better.
