Process
I was contacted via LinkedIn about a job opportunity at the Gigafactory.
After emailing my resume, the in-house recruiter contacted me within a day to schedule a screening phone call.
She then passed my resume on to the hiring manager of the team I would be applying for. The original recruiter called back the same day to set up a phone interview between me and that hiring manager.
Following that interview, I was put in touch with another team's hiring manager because I had expressed interest in a closely related role.
They seem to move very quickly and are very polite.
