Process
The length of time from submitting an application to receiving an offer was very long for me, 3-4 months. I think it can be that way, but can also be extremely quick depending on how urgent the needs are.
The interview process was multi-step. Very few, if any, of the "cookie cutter" interview questions were asked. The primary goal was to gauge technical aptitude and be entirely transparent about the high expectations within the company.
It was very good interview practice, even if the company isn't the best fit for you.
